Talking B&G Macaw owner Elgin, IL

Hello, My name is John and I am the proud human parent of a 6 month old B&G. I have spent the past five years learning all I can about large Macaws and felt I was ready to adopt a young parrot. I got him in Florida at a breeder I drove to about two months ago. I finished his weening and we are fast at work making a happy healthy home for him. We got him started early in a flight suit so he could enjoy the entire house. We are going to be a flighted parrot so are training to fly now before the sping comes and we venture outside. His name is "Free" and I love him already.

What's a flight suit? The visual I get is probably nothing like what it really is. LOL
