Hello from Montreal!
Hi!

My name is Darren James (DJ) I am 29 and have two conures, Kiwi a green cheek and Q-Bert an Orange fronted. My wife and I also have many other pets, Chameleons, dart frogs etc

I have always had pet birds, but ever since I got Kiwi 5 years ago I am hooked on Conures LOL. I'd like to get a Jenday next!! I couldnt live one day without my feathered buddies

I like to paint parrots also, please check out my website if you have a minute! I would appreciate any critiques from bird owners!

DJ, welcome to our forum. I love your conures. I almost bought a little Cinnamon Green Cheek but luckily he found a good home before I lost my resolve not to break my two bird limit. I really am taken with the conures though and could easily see myself with one someday.

I love your website. Your paintings are great; amazing really. And your photographs of your orchids and chameleons are professional quality. I may PM you for some advice on orchids. I have a few I rescued from death and they are growing well but not flowering. I may order that magazine you recommend.
