I have an albino budgie. She has dry scaly feet and beak, and her feathers are misssing from her 'bum'. What could be wrong? Her beak is taking on an odd shape too. What can I do to help her? What is this? I have had her since January, not sure how old she is. She seemed fine when we brought her home.

Albino budgies are more susceptible to problems than other budgies. It sounds as if she may have scaly mites (though if indeed she is a female, she would get a crusty cere/nose, however not feet). If her feathers seem to be missing around her bottom then she may be overweight or has an egg inside her. As far as her beak, maybe she's not getting a complete diet either??? She should be on a diet consisting of lots of fresh foods (such as fruits, veggies, pasta, rice, beans, whole grain breads, etc).
You need to take her to an avian vet ASAP!
