newbee, that is me, i have two birds- a goffin that is so very sweet, she's around 15 or 16, and my cockatiel, he's around i don't know. he is the other reason i found this site! he is so mean, i got him from a guy i know that runs a convient store and this thing bites. he's so cute, but damn!
when i first got him, he got on finger, everything fine, now he wants to bite my head/ear off, i'm scared! is it because he's scared of my larger cockatoo? i've had him for about 1 yr. and a couple months, his name is Dookie. My white and peachy goffin's name is Sugars.

Welcome to birdboard!
Did you have your cockatiel before you got the cockatoo? How long has he been acting this way? During spring many birds become hormonal and act out more. Have you changed anything in his room? Have you changed your appearance? Can you think of anything that has changed since you got him?
