well since this is the WELCOME part of the forum let me introduce myself a little, you will soon find out i talk ALOT and babble
, but, i try to get my point across ;)
so, my name is Kari and i am a 34 yr old female married to a wonderful man named Jeremy. we have a 15 yr old son named Brady (06/20/1994), a set of twins boy and girl SkyLynn Williams, Tyler James Williams their birthday 06/13/2008, and one more set of twins on the way 10/15/2009
and then we have 1 lab/GSD mix Thunder, he is pure black and (07/26/2007) he will be 2 this year ;), he is wonderful with the kids, a big huge lush, we got him from my grandma's neighbors. then we rescued a lab/whippet mix Cinni, (01/01/2006, she just turned 3 yrs ( she was only 9 months old when we got her), we rescued her from a home that could no longer care for her. and then, the moment you all have been waiting for, i have 2 fids, Sammers, he is a 16 yr old tiel, he was given to me by a lady whose mother had him since birth and could no longer care for him, as she was going into a nursing home. so, i took him in. then, we have an 8 year old tiel whose name is Peanie, she was rescued by my BFF, from a guy who could not care for her and abused her, my BFF saved her, nursed her back to health and now i have her because my BFF did not feel that she was going to have a good life with her, because, she was known to Peanie as the "mean mommie" for nursing her back to health.
we currently live in my father's basement, because our home as sold out from under us
as you can tell we have a HUGE family
, and we will be adding more soon this summer, i am going to be adding new fids, more tiels, that is my fave type of bird.
