New here!
Hello, my name is Cindy, and I live in Northern California. My husband is from England. We have two lovely budgies, that have been a part of our family for five years. They are very in love with each other :)
We have no children, and no other pets. Tonight we are picking up our new sun-conure friend! I have joined this board because I feel that I may need support or advice in making this transition. I have a lot to learn, as I become a "new mom". I know sun conures are L-O-U-D. (We live in the country, in the mountains, thank goodness!) I also know that they are funny and fiesty and affectionate, and I love their bird-personality. Wish me luck! I am very excited. (I picked the name "hummingbird" because I also feed tons of hummingbirds that come to my deck!)
