Newbie Uk
  Hi As above I live in the UK... that be England..British Isles land... I am here to check out the possibility of helping a friend in the USA. Over here we have two lsc cockatoos 23 and 26 respectively, and a little 27 year old cockateil. I wish to see if there are any recommendations for temporary parrot carers/lovers, who may live in Ohio, near Mansfield for preference. If anyone could please point me to the correct area, best for any responses for asking the above, etc.... I would be so grateful. I do understand that it may be such a long shot, but hey...don't ask you will never know. My friend said she would fed ex her birdies to me here in uk....just a joke. But I so wish I could help her. There is a group called Central Ohio friends of a Feather. You could try them. They do foster care. I live about 35 minutes from Mansfield in Marion. What does she need? Does she need someone to come there to care for them while she's away or she looking for someone to take them? I could possibly come by to feed and water them or something like that if she needs a bird sitter.

I think that she would like it if someone could be found to go and care for them at home, but also realizes that they may have to go stay somewhere. Your offer is most kind! Is there a way on the board to pass personal details etc privately, I am looking but can't see a private message system?
