Thanks!
We have read, and read, and researched practially everything on the web, but what we really need to do know is go out and actually play with some birds to make any final decisions. We are having a hard time finding bird based pet stores or even breeders in our area that we feel comfortable with. If you know of any, or of any shows going on in the Tampa area, i'd greatly appreciate it. |

Welcome...
Welcome to the boards from another Floridian. There is a bird show in Tampa this weekend! On the 18th at West Tampa Conv. Center 3005 W. Columbus Dr. from 10 - 5 cost is $3. One of my friends has 2 pionus and they are very sweet. She has a white capped and a blue head. They have the neatest smell to them. Well keep us posted. You of course won't go wrong here on the boards cause I'm new too but from what I've seen there are a lot of members with lots of info.
