I've got my "A Guide to ....".
http://www.birdkeeper.com.au/v2/aguideto7.html It doesn't really go into the companion stuff on lories and lorikeets very much but is still a good basic reference to have. A friend of mine as quite a few pics in there too of the lories and lorikeets he used to breed. I haven't seen any books really tuned in purely to the companion market but have to admit I haven't exactly looked either.
