LOST Rainbow Lorikeet

lost my Lorikeet yesterday CONTACT # 347-671-4848

I am asking everyone & anyone to PLEASE help bring him home, I have helped so many people with their pets, from advice to fostering, buying necessities and so forth

I believe the help I have given will come back to me now that I am in need

Perhaps some of you reading have lost a pet, or understand how hard it will be for this little guy to survive on his own, or maybe you're just kind hearted and have a few extra moments to help

Please pass the word, mention it to your friends & family, neighbors, Vet, Pet shop employees and customers, whoever you can, just let them know someone is DESPRITLY searching for their beloved Loriekeet
Or wright down my # and pass that along to anyone willing to keep an eye out
If you hear of someone finding a very odd looking colorful bird (Most distinguishing feature is his red eyes) PLEASE send them this way

PLEASE keep an eye out for him while you wait for the bus, walking your dog, sitting in your yard/on your porch

He is a VERY friendly bird and will associate people with food so I do believe he will land in someone's yard, on their windowsill, on a fire escape etc and will be more than happy to come to you with a small offering of a piece of fruit (grapes & apples are his favorit)

He lives with dogs & cats so he is not afraid of them

He says hello & love you

This may be more than I should ask, but maybe some of you who have a printer can print up a few flyers and hang them around your neighborhoods?

Your local vet, supermarket, bus stops or on the corner light posts anywhere

The more flyers out there (if a few of you post a few flyers they will ad up) and the further I can spread my plea the better my chances are of finding him happy & healthy

I could use help with flyers East of Flatbush Ave as far as Queens, West of Gerristen Ave as far as Bayridge & Besonhurst, North of Kings highway and South of Ave U as far as Coney Island & brighton beach
He's a bird so he can get pretty far in a short time, and time is so of the essence

For those of you so gracious to open your hearts and take the time to print & post flyers on my behalf here is the info

LOST
Rainbow Lorikeet
$$$-REWARD-$$$

Last seen on 37th street between Quentin rd & Ave R
Headed towards Flatbush Ave but could be anywhere
PLEASE CALL 347-671-4848 if found or even seen
Special diet, MUST find soon, family heartbroken
PLEASE keep an eye out for him, VERY friendly
Probably scared & lonely, very attached to us
CALL 347-671-4848

Me and my family Thank all of those willing to help us, I can assure you it will come back to you 10 fold

Anyone who is unable to print & post flyers you can still help, send E-mails to those you know, mention my poor lost baby in your everyday conversation, cross post on any site that allows you to and keep and eye out for him

I have proof of ownership, I have his hatch certificate with his band number so I am not just looking for any Lorikeet and I would never expect someone to just hand him over on my word

I can't Thank those of you willing to help enough

I think we found ur bird. but there is bad news.

My step dad found a rainbow lorikeet with a black head on emmons ave a couple weeks ago. He said Hello and i think love you, and he also never ate seeds on nectar and apples. He didnt know what to do cause it was so cold, so he took it home with us to staten island. We kept him as our own cause he was super friendly and we had another bird. We just thought he escaped some zoo. But, heres the bad news, He flew away today. We are trying hard to find him and if we do i will be sure to contact you if he is yours and return him. It would really help us if u could tell us what he answers to because we hope he didnt fly away to far.
