When I talked to Patty on the phone the other day she knows what tree he is in and he has started hitting her husband with stuff from the tree. It's a huge pine tree. He's probably eating pine nuts. If they try to get to the tree I guess he will fly off. He is crying to them and just doesn't know how to get to them. He does not respond to them during the day but is there every night. She has 3 of his cages in this lady's yard hoping he will fly to them also.

It's heartbreaking.... I hope once he gets cold enough he will just drop down to them... The night time temps are about 38-40F right now but we did have our first snowfall the other day. The concern is very soon our temps will be sub zero especially with the winds that we get off of the lake.

Anyone that has any ideas to help please either post them or PM either me or Patty..
