Lost Maxi Pionus in Sunnyvale, California

Lost: Picasso
Much-loved Maxi Pionus Parrot

We lost Picasso around noon on Friday, August 28, 2009, from the San Miguel neighborhood of Sunnyvale, California.

Picasso is a Maximillian's Pionus—a medium-small (8-10"), green parrot with red feathers on the underside of the tail and white rings around the eyes. She is very tame but shy at first, and not a good flyer. No leg band. (Had to remove because it got caught on things.)

Picasso is part of our family and we miss her very much.

Please call or e-mail if you see a bird fitting this description. Any help is deeply appreciated--we really miss our girl.

More photos and contact details at Lost: Picasso, Much-loved Green (Maxi Pionus) Parrot – Reward.
