Land in Arizona

Our Townhome we bought in late 95 for 138,000. Now it's worth about 290,000 give or take; it has a waterview of the Patapsco River and the Francis Scott key Bridge. Then my inlaws gave us their house & property, which is in a water privledge comm. off the Magothy, which is right off the Chesapeake Bay. We are remodeling, adding a 2nd floor and stuff.

Right now it has about 2000 sq ft., including an in-law apt., but when we are done it will have almost 6000 sq feet! including a very usable attic w/real steps going up. of course in MD this is costing us mega bucks, but when all is said in done, we will have a huge house for about 110,000 after we reinvest the sales from the townhome!

I love my in-laws! Some time I'll start a thread about this on-going saga. we have been trying to get the remodeling started for over a year now!

Yes I'll be going on Sunday. We will definitely have to plan to meet in September!
