Land in Arizona
Here is one that I found that I would kill to have. Compared to what I have to pay here for a single family house ($400,000.00 upwards) this is a steal. I could care less how far it is from anything, not that this one is, but it sure would be nice. That's enough acerage to have lots of you come live there as well.

That looks heavenly Graeh. The website said the summers were in the low eighties and winters in the fifties, In Arizona? I always imagined deserts and hundred degree heat.

I can top that! This link is the northern suburbs of Brisbane where I live, about 8 miles from the city centre. To convert to USD, multiply the house price by .75 and remember that bargaining can reduce the price, it is a slow market right now! C'mon you guys, I want some cool bird loving neighbors so we can all have whatever we want and not worry about noise complaints! Hello conures and cockatoos!

Looks nice doesn't it? They get snow there as well. It is due to the elevation of the property. Lots of folks make the same mistake about Arizona.
Now all I have to do is rob about 500 ATM machines to come up with the money, lol. Gunna break out that tin cup of mine and find me a lucrative street corner and hunker down. lol I would love to put up a few greenhouses and maybe an aviary. And then some A-frames for tourists because it's fairly close to the Grand Canyon and other places of interest. Ahhhh one can always dream huh?
