Here is an idea that is just completely original and makes me wish I had thought of it.

The site lists all items on ebay that are under a dollar and have less than an hour to completion. It even separates them to their respective categories. I got a $50 phone last night (when I first discovered the site and went on a shopping spree) for 6 bucks after shipping. (I did need a phone for college, mind you...it was not wasteful spending).

Edit: A sidenote; YES, there is a LOT of useless crap on there, but there are some cool things too. Just wanted to let you know so you don't give up too easily.
