That is just too cute. The poor guy doesn't look to happy though. I have never seen a cat with such a P.O. look on his face .

Thanks for sharing. That poor cat. It made me laugh real hard too. C'mon haven't we all experienced a bad hair cut. Fortunately, the hair will grow back. LOL!!!

Sorry, the photo is real, but the backround story is not. From Snopes:

"This is another case where although the explanatory text is probably nothing more than someone's humorous commentary, the pictures themselves are real.

No pet groomer of our acquaintance is familiar with something called a 'line cut' (thus the story about a cat owner's Southern accent resulting in confusion over a 'line cut' vs. a 'lion cut' may just be a funny invention), but a 'lion cut' is indeed a standard grooming technique in which a cat's hair is shaved skin-close all over the body but left intact around the head, feet, and the end of the tail; the style so named because it mimics the large mane and foot-and-tail tufts of a male lion."

I've been saving my cat like that for years. :) He's a Maine Coon, and it's HOT in Florida. I've been doing it since he was a kitten, he doesn't even fight me.

The lion cut is pretty popular around here. When i was working at a boarding kennel, we'd see every kinda dog come in with them. Pomeranians, Huskies, Akitas, etc. The only reason i give them boots, (especially the cat) is because I hate shaving feet. :)

I apologize, Crebain, if the story doesn't match the photo! I just took it from ebaumsworld.com and just had to share it because the cat looked so gosh darn depressed! I apologize to anyone else if this has caused inconvenience or problems for them!!

No apology needed since you didn't make up the faked backstory. And I doubt anyone else has a problem with it either. I just like to check things.
