There's a Quaker Parrot message board that Jenny and I belong to that has a blog system, pretty nice one actually. The upside is the same as the downside in my mind. If you had a blog, you could take answers to FAQ, or great articles, and put them there. But then, as in the Quaker forum, people would kill threads and make the forum very boring by just constantly saying, "check out my blog, there's some great info there" Or just lots of links to their blog.

Good point, Michael. I would hate to see the forums become a bunch of links to blogs. Maybe just a basic profile and webpage where people can upload their flock pics would be best. I like your new sig, BTW-what a gorgeous family!
