BG Macaw found in New Orleans (pls cross post!)

Sent: Saturday, September 03, 2005 7:57 PM A trooper found a blue/gold macaw and brought it to the shelter at LSU Friday. Pretty bird...has not talked but loves fruit. I went home and got perches/food. I am not sure where the bird was found but do know it was near New Orleans. She is safe in Baton Rouge now.
