you can get different kinds of beaks and animal noses costume stores, that might be easier than making one, a straight bill would be easy but a hooked bill, i cant see a way in my mind, but you might.
 i remeber buying a pig nose, one halloween, my girlfriend was miss piggy. guess who i was.

I have an idea for you RoyJoy ... girlfriend can dress up like a brick and you could be a "brick layer"! A couple here did that a few years ago, I thought it was hysterical!

I wanted to share the UNFINISHED costume with you all. I am still gluing away and must still dye some feathers and glue feathers to the black cap + perfect the mask so no feathers stick my son in the eyes. What a job this is turning out to be! Thanks so much for looking!
