new addition to the family

hey guys here my newst adition to the family , he was given to me buy a friend who bought it for his daughter but she never cleaned it so he took it away knowing i would car for it , right now its in a 5 gallow aqarium but soon , (moving) it will ahve a nice 33 gallon all to its self :) im moving into a 5 1/2 next month so ill have to room s to fatten up lol :)

Cute turtle! Needs more water in the tank. They need to be able to swim and flip themselves without a problem. My are in a 100 gallon pond right now but in summer they are outside in a 175. Good filter a must as well as lighting. Good luck with your new addition.

Well .like i said im moving out soon so ill buy a big basking heaven for it :) then it will be happy

It looks happy right now! I am not a big turtle lover, but then again I don't know a lot about them! The name that comes to my mind is "green weenie" - you know, those scrub pads that you use. Silly I know -
