I would like to thank those that sent me 'Happy Birthday' greetings this past weekend! Your thoughtfulness was much welcomed and appreciated!

I've been home, recovering from some surgery, so the greetings were extra special!

Construction has begun on the addition to our home, and when that is completed, we will be getting another bird. (Our cockatiel Mango, passed in the spring; we've been holding out getting a new bird as we were expecting a bit of a mess with the construction!)....So we are happy that we will be able to have another 'addition' to our family, and can't wait to hear bird sounds in our home once again!
