O/T- My Sister inlaw passed away this evening
She was young. Only 48, she had laid down for a nap. The family is devastated. We are searching for flights up north, I have one for hubby tomorrow and I will be going Mon or Tue. Animals have to be taken care of and I have to get Sara the Blue and Gold boarded and Cory the parrotlet to a friend.
Moral of this, Let your loved ones know you love them. There us no second time around. We only have 1 time and we know not how long. I can't sleep, so that's why I'm up late posting this. Nite all Emily

Well, Em, if you have to go early, I suppose there are worse ways to do it. I hope that you will be comforted remembering her in better times.

Loved-ones are always too young when they pass away earlier than we're ready for them to go.... I remember feeling the same way when my beloved Gramma died at age 69. I empathize with your pain, truly. My family and I all hope and pray that you will find comfort in the love and support of your loved-ones. Our thoughts and prayers go with your sister, who is undoubtedly watching over you and your family already, holding you in her loving embrace. Peace be with you.

That is just terrible Emily and very scary. My uncle died the same way when he was 48 and it was an anurizum (sp?). Thank goodness she died peacefully. My thoughts are with you.

Emily sorry about your sister. One thing that you and your family might want to do is contact the airlines and tell them that you need flights because of the death. There is a discount from airline for going to funerals and such. You just have to make sure that you tell them when making the reservations. This is something that most people don't know about. Once again sorry |
