Hey, Stubby Jack! Bet you're loving your new stand. Knowing what they cost, you're a very well-maintained bird :-). Have you started chewing on the rope ladder, yet?
Your dad did a good job combining them together. I envy the room you have, too--Bob's big perch sits right in front of the fireplace, blocking the whole dang view! LOL!

...that's very cool! I'm impressed! I can't see the bottom, is it on wheels?

It looks great! Can he get down there by the electrical outlet?
Where did you get those corn on the cob things on his toy? Are they actually dried corn, or fake? Ollie would probably like something like that...

Thanks, he seems to like it. It is on wheels that way its easier to clean and maintain. Its made from Manzanita, we actually live within 100 miles of where it grows. We plan on harvesting some to build more perchs and toys. The only problem is it has to cure sorta like firewood, before you can give it to them. So we actually bought a few diffrent perchs and re-arranged things so it was the way we wanted. And then built a bigger base to catch everything. He doesnt seem to chew on the rope ladder, but he did chew the ones his toys hang from, goofy bird.

No he won't go down by the outlet, but we are getting a blank cover for it, plus its turned off. The corn cobs are real, they are dried. We get the from WinCo, but any petstore has them. Jack like's to pick the kernels off and throw them at the dogs.
