Website help needed...

Does anyone know of a good website help website? Like one with HTML codes for putting backgrounds on websites, putting music on websites, etc. The one I usually use has been taken down by the person running it, and I need a website that shows the code for frames. I'm fairly new to them, so I don't know much about them. If anyone knows an HTML help website that has codes for frames and shows how to use them, please post it. I'm trying to make a website with frames, so I desperately need a website that has the codes and stuff.

P.S. Yes, the website I'm making is bird related. I'm not telling anymore so I can surprise everyone, come summer time.

I signed up for Yahoo's 'Geocities.com' this may be what you need(?) They have web support & a free web page available. I have purchased $300Cdn Microsoft Office Frontpage 2003 - it helped me put my web pages together & I took a free course at an employment training facility so I knew how to use it.

Not to be a ruiner of good feelings, but music is considered a huge no-no, even today in the age of fast internet connections.
Just thought I'd drop that in there.

It's no problem. I'm not using music on the website I'm making. I used to use music, but not anymore.
