gazebo & pond pics

We've been busy around here finishing up some projects before calling in the Real Estate for an appraisal...(btw Lori L, does a fence, gazebo, pond add to the value of a house, or is it just more eye pleasing?)
My sister and her Boyfriend, My mom and her dog Will be here on Sunday to start to get the fence up. (mom and dog to supervise)

But without further delay, here is the Gazebo, on its deck that George and I built. Mind you the ground was uneven, so we needed to make some sort of foundation to level it out. The Lattus(sp) still needs to be stained, but it was such a nice day, I figured I would take pics anyway.
I went to the local pet store and saved some feeder fish, and stocked my itsy bitsy pond....
but here are the pics...

Lisa your hosue is just gorgeous, prestine!! The pond and gazebo will add much value. Pools won't but your landscaping and pond certainly will. Are there Koi in the pond???

Thanks Outlaw. I'm new to digging in the dirt

Lori, the pond is small, and yes there are large goldfish with fancy tails Its too small for Koi, and they are rather expencive to find out if they will survive. Untill the fence is up they are not really protected.
A pool doesnt? really? we are looking at a few that have them...trying to figure out what we can for go, to get...ya know?

Pools are considered to be a liability by many. Lots of people have no desire to pay for the upkeep of a pool, don't swim, or fear for accidental drowning of children and pets. We have an inground pool that came with this house. However I would NOT have had a pool installed. It simply came with a house that I was sentimentally attached to.
