Talking learning fast

ok I gotta brag on baby rio... yall he has learned to step up, he likes to climb up on both of my hands and flap his wings. When we are walking around the house he is flapping like mad. he is eating baby food from a spoon(1/4 of a jar) between handfeedings. He immitated an OWW that our daughter did yesterday when he started chewing on her fingernails. He also tried to say oh my gosh after she said it. sorry but I just had to brag

Bragging is good. Isn't that what we all do? And, with good reason. We love our Fids

Congrats on baby rio!

Sure it can, I've heard them say words younger than that.

Baby rio is 12 wks. today. I think he is gonna be a non stop talker. today he climbed up on his teddy bear that we have in his container, it fell over and he landed on his back(he wasn't hurt). he never made a sound, and he did not know I was watching. he was spreading his wings and flapping like mad. His lil feet were grabbing at the air. he finally got up waddled over to the bear and squaked like he was chewing it out! i think he is gonna be a lil pistal.

Last weekend, I heard one of Deb's baby GWs say "hi!" quite distinctly. Little thing is so young it only has about half of its feathers, so far. Arthur and Bob both spoke English by the time they were 3 1/2 months old, so it's entirely possible that the BG baby did, indeed, speak :-).

Candy, I like hearing about Rio. Keep it up. And post pix!
