Lisa, hate it that you and fids will be uprooted once again, guess it comes with the job. As I always tell Jerry....A birds gotta do what a birds gotta do... But know that there are many of us that can not thank you and your family enough for all their efforts for those of us who simply benefit. Praying for the safety of all of yours.

BTW, Puff wants to know how to send a lov letter to Miss Emma, He is smitten with her girlie attire

Jill...thanks for the heads up. I checked it out, and am amazed at the prices. Is She is in the neighborhood that is before the victorian section by the water?
I remember going rt 37 (or 36?) throught toms river, and you turned right into Island Heights right after some nail salon. A BIG nail salon..i rememeber thinking I would apply for a job there....but things didnt work out.

Cat, thank you. I appreciate your words. It is part of the job, and as long as he is safe here in the states, I am happy. I dont like the fact of moving yet even farther from my aging mother...right now, it is 99.8 miles from my door to hers....but there would be some advantages with being on the other side of the state. I can tell you that I will be upset if we get news we are not moving, because I am not thrilled wiht the immediate area I am in. However, If we do move, there will be a whole other set of emotions...knowing once again, I having to find a different job.
Lukily I kept my cosmetology licence up. It will stink going from when I was in a salon, managing, and being part-owner with a clientel of 18 years, to starting off as the low man on the totem poll again....i dunno..i have options i guess....

If Puff wants to send a love note...I can pm ya my email addy or home addy but....................................ya better not be mailin no ducks...otherwise..me and miss emma are gunna need a new place to call home!

birds wont take away from the value LOL, sorry had to chuckle coz im in the business, I have to tell you, if you get a bird lover to look at the house, it may distract them from looking at the ENTIRE house and focus on the beauty of the birds, just my 2 cents from a jersey gal and realtor in the area.

**LOL** in our bird room, we converted a closet into a sink and cabinets for my bird foods. Its really nice, but we were conserned that no one would want that in a bedroom....Everyone said it would devalue the home, and not do it, but I needed the convience!!!

See..now, if I didnt have an agent**LOL** I probably wouldnt even had had to tell you what I was looking for!!!

make sure that you note to your agent, that if that area is going to deter offers coming in, that you would be willing to make it back into a closet, turn off the water supply, cap it etc. it may not be something you want to do, but in the long run it will help, and it will make it less embarrasing for the prospect if their agent tells them that up front. have ur agent write it in the "agent notes" of the listing.
