How Early Do You Wake Up

Was just wondering why all of us early birds are on line so early.

I have an internal clock and with my Fibromyalgia I can't sleep.
I normally wake up between 3:00 and 5:00 am. No matter what time I go to bed at night...I can not sleeo in.

I'm usually up by 6 or 6:30 on weekdays but it is so cold I don't want to get out of bed. I sleep in a bit on weekends. When the weather gets warmer, you will start to see me on the board before I go to work, for now I just go online after work and during the day on weekends.

Its 8:45 pm right now. Compare that with the time of post which will show in your local time to get the difference.

I usually get up at 5:30-6:00 on a workday. On the weekends, I'm sleeping in!

WIsh I could sleep in. If I get up at 6, I'm sleeping in.

From my name, you can tell...I work in radio.
I co-host a morning show in Washington, DC and must be up by 4 am! Our show starts at 5:30 but we're pushing it to 5 am this fall. Ughh!!

I've been getting up between 3 and 4 am for almost 20 years!!!

(BUT, I'm home from work around 11 am or noon most days!)

During the school year I am up and out of bed at 4:30am. During the summer the cats are kind enough to let me sleep until about 7am.

I woke up this morning at 6:55am to Cappuccino climbing onto my stomach. Once he settled down I figured I would go back to sleep. Wrong. Scarlett started chattering and whistling and yelling at the kittens. Rather than fight them, I just got up.

I usually go to bed at 1:00 am, get up a few more times and then actually fall asleep around 2. My day starts at 7:00 am this time of year. I know what you mean about internal clocks. They are a bitch to regulate. I have been negotiating life on 5 hours of sleep for over 25 years. I don't think its looking promising for a better sleep cycle. However, I am productive .
