what is pretty neat is that there are a few BB members in that general area.
hogansmom, MISCLAIMS, Jill & the redhead,Allea(sp),ear, and Emma's breeder are all there. As well as my step daughter and her soon to be finacee, and my sister in laws entire family.

Its a buyer's market right now in Jersey. Homes are on the market much longer then they were approx 6 or 7 months ago, with the small rise in mortgage rates, the market seems to have slowed tremediously.
did you try realtor.com for any homes in the area, just asking coz im a realtor in that area and there are some good buys on the market, if the sellers truly want to sell !

Thats good news for me on the buying end. I actually just sent my list to the real estate agent this afternoon of the houses I want to see. We bought this house 2 years ago, and houses were averaging being on the market only a few days. We sold our old home in less then 48 hours....I can only HOPE it goes that smoothly this time when we sell....
If for some reason, my agent wont take me to some of the houses I listed, can you PM me your info?

If I knew what a PM was (lol) , id love to do that, but since i just joined the group about , 18 minutes ago, i have no clue what a PM is . i tryed the BCchat thing and no one was there. im so excited to see there are people in my area. i get so bored talking to myself about our flock ! my neighbors think im a lil nutz. not even the kids know the new addition is coming.
are we allowed to talk about ourselves on the boards, like where we shop for birdy things and such, i dont want to get thrown out my first 1/2 hr here.
