ok, for those of you unsure of my post....
We got news today, that INDEED we are moving again, and this time, near Jill. She jokingly told me I better "warn her" if I was coming out her way.....
So, she was one of the first I told, and it was also my way of telling the board.

BTW, I did let all the mods in on it so they knew I wasnt starting trouble

George officially signed the papers for change of duty station. He will be the computer system guy for the NJ guard @ Lakehurst Naval Air station.
He has to report for duty on or about October 1, 2006.(when the contractors get done building walls)

When we get the "orders" in hand from the state commander, our house will go up for sale. That should be very soon.

Jill, I have made a list of homes for the real estate to take us to. From Bayville to Barnegat. about 10 in all. 2 in Lanoka Harbor, 2 in Barnegat seem to be promicing.....we did drive out to check out the area last sunday.
If you come across any homes in you area and can find them online, please send them along to me.
We need 3 bd,(mine, Emma's and one for my mother when she comes to visit) 2bath, 1 garage, and maybe a sunroom for the fildren...

thanks...one is new construction in Bayville. I will send you the links to the ones if you pm me your email. you will also see our price range in there.
The reason we are looking lower (barnegat) is because of the costs Imagine tho, Lanoka Harbor has LOWER taxes than barnegat?!?!?Factor in that $5000.00 a year in taxes, and that knocks ya into a lower house range bracket!!!!

Georges son just bought a house in Co, and it is the same houses I have brought up online in our area. Out there, It lists for $184,900 and taxes are $750 per YEAR!
Here they average $380,000+ and taxes far exceed $4800.!!!!SAD...very sad!!!

wait till you see all the crap we have**LOL** (and most of it is crap )
2 huge salt water coral tanks, 6 large bird cages, motorcycle, all every tool and table saw imaginable to man.
When George deployes, I like to have my mom and her dog come stay with me so I'm not alone....so..she does need to have a bedroom.Plus the ride to her house is going to be about 140+ miles each way, and she does not drive, so I have to go get her. When she comes to visit, she stays untill I am in the mood to do the trip again, or she aggrivates me and I take her home.
**LOL** the first house I bought, was under 650 Sq ft, studio log cabin.
The mortgage company didnt even want to finance such a small house that needed a great deal of work.
Georges first house he bought was a forclosure from the bank. Again, living area was less than 900 Sq Ft.
Lukily, we sold when the market was good, and was able to upgrade.
Hopefully this will be another upgrade...............Last one before we retire out of state.
