any translaters out there???

I have been fortunate enough to find a bird sitter for when Kelly and I go on vacation next month, hopefully anyway. I trust her to do a good job and probably even play with them but there is one small issue, her English isn't very good and my Spanish is even worse. So I was hopeing to find someone who would translate the instructions I will be leaving her from English to Spanish. Please IM me if you would do this for me. As I will be gone all day Saturday I won't know till Sunday.......lol Thanks
JP

Jim:

There are tons of translating sites on the internet. Just type in translate in your Google and choose one. You merely have to type in whatever you have and then choose English. It will then convert the information for you.

Just be aware that internet translation sites have been known to occasionally create some unexpected and hilarious results. Apparently some words or particularly phrases just don't translate well literally and need a human brain to interpret!

What i have done with trasnlating sites is type something in to translate. then add the translated words back in to get translated back to english....Nate is right sometimes they aren't correct!

I've had some hilarious mistakes from Babelfish! It's the only translator I know about, though....

My eldest son's espanol is pretty good, but unfortunately he's out of his mind at the moment--he's got Burningman on the brain, and trying to get him to do anything while getting ready for that event is downright impossible!

Not sure if this site is still working- I often used it in high school to "help" me out on spanish assignments... . However, none of these computer translation sites work very well...they work for finding specific words, but not very well at doing sentences, paragraphs, etc.

I often use the Free Translations site, however they are not all that accurate either. There are also certain words which just don't translate, from English to Spanish and vice versa. Unfortunately, my limited Spanish (which consists of the very basics) would not be very helpful; however last trip to Mexico was tequila laden and apparently I speak more Spanish when under the influence, so if you want to send me a bottle of Jose Cuervo, I'll translate anything.

my mom speaks spanish, fluently. Not sure what you're looking to translate, but I could try to get it out of her. She did teach me, and Bela, that 'dame la patita' means step up in spanish, meaning "give me your foot". sooo, I can understand why the online translators might give weird results.
