Not too bad, and we're still looking. Indian River/Longneck area of Delaware is looking pretty good, and I hope to get Bella a nice year round sunroom to call her own. :)

Thanks everyone....it will be nice when it's done...The work, I wouldnt even know where to start**LOL**

George mentioned we would all live in the great room, and start upstairs on the bird room, followed by our room and bathroom, followed by the hall down the stairs, and then the living room. by the time that is all done, the smells upstairs will have disapated and would be safe for the birds.
Then onto the kitchen dinning room downstairs bath, and my moms room. The office and great room would be last.
Floors, Walls and ceilings all have to be repainted.
My brother is a painter. Maybe I'll hire him to help out to get it done.....I have a feeling I will tire out

party wouldnt be till next summer...not sure I would want anyone over while all the work is going on...

Great looking house. Did I miss whether you've actually got it? If so, many congrats--it looks like the perfect home for birds, entertaining, etc., and a great investment, too.
