Look what Daddy built us !!!

Our Daddy doesnt give us hugs or kisses, mommie thinks he is scared of birds. However, he is still a cool daddy because he builds us all of these trick stands that feel just like hanging out in a tree.

He often comes home with a toy for each of us too.

Well, here is his newest creation. Mommie and us and very happy with Daddy right now.

Very neat! Hey, can I borrow your Dad for a while? I have several projects that I think he'd be helpful with.

Very interesting. You look like you have the space for it - maybe your 'master carpenter' could mount a gym on the wall like a shelf(?) If the branches aren't connected, would they be able to enjoy the whole thing? It must be fun for them having a natural gym. I guess you could add or change the branches endlessly. Great Job.
PS - I don't think it does service to the furniture it is presently on - maybe with a smaller base .... oh just ignore me!

very nice...i wish my guys got along!!!

if thats corn cob you are using, please consider an alternate bedding.
Corn cob harbors molds, and can lead to aspergillosis.

Lisa:

I have never heard that, how in the world do I not know that.

It will be changed tomorrow, thank you.

Yes, the piece of furniture he propted in on happens to be an antiques from the 1800's. I chringed. He thinks if it isnt brand new its awful. But if you look close, I snuck and put something under the perch so it doesnt mess up the top of the furniture.

Good eye for antiques, do I have a buyer?

We use furniture you can find at Goodwill. I picked up a nice octagon side table with a cabinet for $7.00 and my husband then screwed the base branch on it. He would never do that to an antique! Nice job!!

Very nice! I need a couple of stands for my guys, I didn't think of using an old table or something for a base. Thanks for the ideas ladies!

I didn't think of that either and my room mate just threw 2 stands out 2 days ago. I told him to keep them just in case we needed them but he didn't listen. Oh well. Crystal
