Halloween's a-coming...

Yes, with october right around the corner, Halloween is coming. So, what is everybody doing for Halloween this year? I'll probably be going out trick-or-treating with my little cousins...besides, I want candy! I've already picked out a costume online from target...I just have to see if it's in any of the stores around here. So, what are the people from bird board doing? I'm just curious...after all, Halloween can be so much fun, why not share your plans...if you want to that is.

I've gotta work till 10pm. So I won't be able to give out candy this year. But my hubby will I'm sure. He likes to do that kinda thing. Crystal

Aaron and I are going to a couple of parties.

One of them is a masquerade ball as a fundraiser for the youth center we volunteer at.

The other is a "who wants to be a superhero" party.

We're going as the not-so dynamic duo of "So So Man" and "Mediocre Woman."

I will probably be working. I work while everyone else is sleeping.

Scaring all the kids in the neighborhood. We set up a haunted house each year and get a couple hundred kids.

Also having an adult party.

We're not really doing much, handing out candy to the few kids that show up. We don't get very many as there aren't many people with kids in our area......the most we've had was around 7 maybe.....

we don't really do anything for halloween. I decorate the house with lots of pumpkins and such but we don't get many trick or treaters.

Oh, and besides trick-or-treating, I'll be watching the annual meteor shower that peaks around halloween while eating candy!

I feel bad for all the people who have to work on halloween night...halloween is so much fun.

If you don't get many people by your house for candy, I'll take the extra candy you have! Lol.

We'll be taking some of the woofmeisters to some Hallowe'en parties and costume contests (Prolly Bitsy, who hates dressing up but always looks adorable, or Foxy Fuzz, who loves dressing up, and also always looks adorable). Hallowe'en itself, we'll stay home in our scarily decorated house, with our scary music and fog machine and a porch dressed up to look like a spider's web, complete with skeletons, ghosties and tons o'black light, and pass out treats for any dogs or kiddos brave enough to come onto our porch :-). Kiki will answer the door with us when the adult trick-or-treaters come to visit, to keep those naughty tricksters honest (All you can see of Kiki in blacklight is some REALLY shiny, glowing white teeth)! As always, I'll buy more candy than needed, and Z and Rob (well, me too, if the truth be known) like to munch on candy as much as our visitors do :-).

No problem, you can have it!! We always buy a bunch cause you never know, so there's always plenty left over!
