I've never smoked but I've known people who have and it is definantly something tough to kick, you are doing great so far! Do you have a website calculating those facts ($ saved, etc) for you? If so that is an amazing resource, so intersting to see how it all piles up!

I agree with my doctor about this stuff. Its as close to a "magic pill" as there is. I still had to walk thru it but it made it easier. I still have those wonderfull thoughts, "go buy a pack NOW" but they go away quickly. The fact that I am not out eating the local hog farm amazes me too!
