Hubby started new job today...

Well...with all the news on moving...the husband started his cross state commute to his new job at Lakehurst Naval Air Station.

He is not part of the rigid airships program, but works with Helicopters of all sorts....
He took me there to show me his new office last time we were out to visit the new house. Its huge, and I am proud of him. Ollie will be going to work with him in nice weather. There is enough room for a nice cage to be set up and it will also boost moral there
I'm so used to him being home at 4:37 each day, and now he wont be home till near 6pm..... I'm sure he will be ready for the move shortly!!!!

Very Cool! Sounds like your hubby will be happy there.... I am VERY familiar with long commutes, good luck with the move, it will all be balanced again soon!

As far as Ollie.... if I remember right, he's a Caique? I think a Caique could boost ANYONE'S Moral!! They're so fun...

Congrats on his new job. Thats great that his office is big enough for a feathered friend. You will miss him but at least he will be home everyday, just an 1 1/2 later. Its hard when you get used to something & then things change. Crystal

now, at his more "mature" age, he gets to run the youngins

Thanks Maui's mom....we have a person coming by again tonight for the 3rd time. He just got a contract on his house...and he already knows our neighbors
