Why No Cockatiel Avatars?

I've been trying to get my sig, and avatars up,but I see there are no Cockatiels for an avatar. What gives? Far as my sig pic, I have to do some resizing.

We dont have avatars of many species... just the ones up now.

As for your signature, you can either resize it, or upload it to a place such as Photobucket and use a thumbnail image that when you click on it, it gets larger.... such as the below image... click to enlarge!
