Kevin was reinstated as an admin. I guess his membership was deleted or he was banned, but's he back now. Read this thread birdwatcher. http://www.birdboard.com/bbs/viewtopic.php?t=3479

Kevin was never banned form the site.... Something went haywire in the process and of recouping the site and etc. if you read the thread josie pasted you will see that things were blown out of proportion and communication was the issue at hand.

I am glad to have back and thats all she wrote.

I am just happy to have both Kevins actively involved in making Birdboard the best bird site on the web. 8) We are a team here and everyone counts. If you have any ideas or suggestions, please don't hesitate to PM me or any of the mods. We WANT you all to be happy here! 8)

Well....I was told by Keev that I wasn't pulling my weight around here (what a joke) after just logging on one day to find out that I was de-modded....which is ok because I really don't wan't to be a part of a site that operates in that manner anyways....Oh well...I bet this post will probably get deleted.......you know ....its a real shame that something this good could turn so bad in the matter of 2 weeks....good luck with this board Keev....I guess good honest people just don't have a place in this world anymore..............

Take good care of your birds people.....cause...thats what this board is SUPPOSED to be about!!!!!!

Like I said in my msg to you...

The only reason removed ya from the moderating team is that I felt we need moderators to be more alittle more active and hands on in helping people with there questions, and etc... and just wasnt seeing much activity as of late... I am sory if you took it as a personal thing.

Maybe I jumped the gun abit soon, and yes i should have came to you directly, i admit that i should have but tensions were high. This was nothing personal, just felt we needed to clear some room for alittle more active people. No where did I take any cheap shots at anyone, nor did i question your honesty. I never had had a problem with nor do I now.

I also just want to see the site floorish and want to add more things to the site... I will in the future ask the members 1st before making any radical changes but i dont feel that me adding a punch of life into the site is a bad thing.... and who would argue with that? am i wrong?

As far as what has gone wrong in the past 2 weeks ? Really the addition of over 250+ new members, Candice winning & recieving 150 dollars in a bird board vocal contest... Please correct me where i have gone wrong. I am here to make this site continue to grow and prosper.



If you have anyone has any suggestions please speak up , I am all ears. I started this site for 1 reason, bringing people together who have a passion for birds.

If anyone wants to talk and chit chat, ideas, clear up some misunderstandings I will gladly give you my cell.

Well Keev...I just wan't to know how you came up with this assumption in the 2 weeks you've actually shown your face on this board....i'd like to know how the other mod's have been so productive lately and I have not.....i'm just wondering how you came up with that???????

I really like you. I think you were the PERFECT mod because you were always fair and unbiased. I hope you can mend fences. I know that given enough time a space, this could work out again. I, too, have had a lot of misgivings about boards in general. But, in the end its the friends you make and the new stuff you learn that keeps you coming back.

I lack many "people skills". However, I'm honest and hardworking as I know you are, too. This place is better when you're in it. I just know that a brief cooling off period and a couple of phone conversations can make all the difference. Besides, we have our secret to share and I want to be here when you do your unveiling. This should be fun and not a lot of work. You always made it a lot of fun for me. Ill wait for you with a hot cup of coffee and open arms. After all, its the PEOPLE who make a board successful. Nothing more. You have many friends here and other places. We just think your great.

i'd hate to see this get blown out of proportion. Now, more than ever, we need the older members to stay strong with this board, and not just jump ship and give up. We can make this board greater than before and bring it into a whole new "glory day" era! I'm sure that Kevin is up for discussion on all of this, but let's not make it a personal thing, please.

And, Cliff, Nancy's right, it wouldn't be the same without you
