has been a while
please feel free to move this post If it is in the wrong place

I joined here a while ago & life gets busy & things get overlooked ( sorry )

I just started geting e mails about this board again & figured that I would pop in & say hello

my flock has decresed down to just 2 budgies from 7
I had to give away 3 because the 7 were becoming to much & it was either 3 or all long story short

so I gave sunshine, rainbow & bluebell
they went to live with a local breeder of birds who lives for her birds she has no kids of her own so her birds are her life

bluebell was bread to a male bird who she bonded to but was egg bound & sadily she died

sunshine & rainbow are doing wonderfull

we lost willow the day befor thanksgiving my son found him on the bottom of the cage & thought he was playing a silly game & when my husband went to see what was going on he knew that he was dead


& just last Sunday we lost our beloved budgie who started it all kiwi she was 8 & she was Megans bird Megan got her for a birthday gift when she was 2 so it was not a fun day last weekend

now we just have twitter & buttercup it is so different only having just 2 birds from 7 other than this bit of new life is just busy busy busy

I'm so sorry for your losses. Fly free Willow, Kiwi & Bluebell It is good that you knew when you had too many birds & found a great home for them. Welcome back!
