Ah... you go and enjoy that movie there...*looks around carefully*

Not my cup of tea personally, but hey, if it floats your boat, go for it. I have vivid enough nightmares without Hollywood adding to it.

Now, where did I stash that Winnie the Pooh DVD...?

I am typically not a huge fan of gory horror films but this one was very very well written and the series is awesome! suspense, twists, you name it!

I usually don't like these movies either cuz they are so phony. But these films are awesome. And to me one was just as good if not better than the previous..

Saw marathons are my fav!

No offense meant to any, but that's one series of movies (one of many) that IMHO is a waste of film.

Oh don't get me wrong - they're fairly well written, directed and acted, but let's be honest - it's the disturbingly realistic special effects that get folks watchin these gore fests.....
and that's where I have the biggest problem with them.....

If you were to say to a Psycologist that you wanted to make movies showing the ultimate in graphic detail about the psychotic abuse, torture and dismembering of human beings, you'd be locked up "pending the outcome of psychological evaluations" simply as a precaution & matter of public safety.....
These twisted individuals not only retain their freedom, but somehow they manage get others to invest millions of $ in their "dreams".

These types of films show just how depraved our society actually is when "normal" is to find fun in the extreme graphic representation of torture and mutilation of innocent people.

i think most of us are mature enough to know the difference between a movie and reality and go to see movies for the acting,thrills,suspense,frights..etc,not to drool over blood and gore get some kind of "depraved" satisfaction from watching depicted suffering.

I love scary movies and books, but Saw was too disturbing for me,as was The Hills Have Eyes.My all time favorite is an old George C Scott film called The Changeling.See it if you have a chance,it's chilling, not gorey.
