I'm glad that #1 you went asap to the doctor. You never know when a benign rash or otherwise could turn to a real anaphylatic reaction.
#2 glad you found the possible cause. sounds like your doing everything you can to correct it. Try the Preparation H. I know it doesn't sound good, but it gave me relief from major chigger bites. Afterall, it's properties are to "decrease swelling and itching". Also, I'd talk to my doctor about getttin me a script for an epi-pen. Just in case. Mark |

I've heard of using a listerine mixture on birds... which helps to cool the skin.... supposedly good for pluckers too... and helps get feathers to shine... you might want to mix with 50% or 75% water, in a bottle, and try spraying it on you, or just the back of your hand or arm area to see it's affects.... I believe it's the mint kind you use tho....

Ken, guess I haven't seen any 'regular' listerine other than mint and orange... some people though may not like how full strength feels so at least suggested trying half diluted... anyway, thanks for the updated info!
