We woke up to some snow, and a wind chill of 13, along with 20-40mph winds. We are hoping the gorge into to KY isn't iced over or too snowy, but so far no way to know either.

I don't know if anyone lives between us (near Asheville) and Knoxville, but if there is, please let us know what the roads look like as we are supposed to meet someone near there today with a bird!

Hello WildIrish try googling NOAA. I live in Fairbanks Alaska and we use this all the time to know if we can go anywhere. Hope this helps.
