Wild Animals and the Tsunami

Re: Wild Animals and the Tsunami

Because we deal exclusively with animals, a recent news report
caught our attention and we thought it extremely interesting so
we wanted you to make sure you heard it too.

According to CNN, there were virtually no wild animal casualties
in this recent natural disaster (at least that they could ascertain).

What CNN reported was that the wild birds were to first to head
for higher ground long before the seas hit land. The birds perched
on the trees on the highest ground of each particular island.

All the other wild animals took their cue from the birds and headed
for the highest ground on each island also. This included some
"domesticated" elephants that were tied up with chains on lower land.
These elephants broke free from their chains and headed for higher
ground right along with the wild animals on the island.

Obviously these wild animals are in harmony with Mother Nature
and could sense a change in the earth. Their powerful natural
sensors told them things were amiss and they needed to pay
attention to their sensors (what we people call intuition) in order
to survive.

Maybe if we people would pay more attention to this lesson from
nature, just maybe we could be healthier, safer and more in harmony
with Mother Nature!

Mother Nature has never been known to let her children and animals
down as long as they put their faith and trust in her like the wild animals
did.

It is for this reason that those people who believe Mother Nature's
remedies will work on their sick pets actually have the best success
in bringing their little pets back to health. Unwavering trust in Mother
Nature really does work as witnessed in this natural disaster..

So what is this they say about "dumb" animals?!!!! And who are
the "dumb" ones anyway?

Food for thought for today and the rest of your life.

Yours for excellent pet health,

The Team

Oh forgot to add, I know a lot of people may not care for Pet Medicine Chest (also runs Avian Medicine Chest) but I must say that they have some great articles nonetheless!
