OH wow,...GSE tastes awful

LOL.... OK,...so I was curious... my GSE bottle said to add two to three drops into a glass of water(to drink),... so I did... man oh man... It was bitter, and horrid LOL!!!

So, I'm kinda rambling... but being that some of you guys and gals have told me to put it in my fids water, to keep bacteria away. Well, are birds really going to want to drink that. I put a drop in my tiel Buddy's water dish before, and i noticed he didn't drink his water, till I refilled it with fresh water lol...

Meh! Just had to bring up the point/ramble/thought/opinion

Steven.....I put like 5 drops in with apple juice and drink it and you can hardly taste it....but yes....I did it with water at first and it was YUCKO! I drink it when my throat starts feeling kinda scratchy and it seems to take it away in no time flat....

I think you need to understand that a few drops in a LITTLE bird water dishes is two drops too many (LOL). Next time, mix up a quart of water and add a drop of GSE. Then you use what you need and refrigerate the remainder until you do your next water change.

My water dishes in the aviary where I use GSE in hot weather each hold about a quart of water. I use one drop per dish! I think that perhaps you're not a good cook?

Thanks for the feedback all! I'll have to use those tips! LOL Nancy... I only added one drop to a bowl... Hmmm maybe your right about the cooking..the fids tend to run away from any new recipes I batch up LOL.
