Favorite non non-stick cookware

What's everyone's favorite? I think I'm replacing all of my Calphalon non-stick with Sur La Table's store brand, which may be made by All Clad but sells for 1/2 the price.

I have a set of Revereware. Its the stainless steel with copper bottoms-I think called chefs request. They have all stainless handles too so they can go in the oven ifya want! I also like a cast iron fry pan and griddle!! Corningware for the microwave too. **Did you know that heating things in plastic in the MW releases toxins into your food????? :aiwebs_02

I adore my Onieda. It's VERY easy to clean. It's dual walled, so the heat circulates around the interior wall, keeping things from burning or sticking badly.

I have Faberware millenium copper bottom stainless steel. I love it.

I also have a few pieces of my grandmothers copper bottom Revereware. I remember her cooking with those pans when I was a little girl and yet they are still in perfect shape. I think Revereware is the total best.

Thanks, guys... I forgot about the old (actually my grammas) cast iron frying pan... that's what the birdy scrambled eggs (hell, and everything else since we got Tango... it's the only non-nonstick I have) have been cooked in... I consider it a "staple"!
