Hi all i from the uk ,got 2 african greys one is called elvis the other dosent have a name yet only got him last nite hes 8 months old,and boy can he growel.Forgot what noises they make as elvis never does bird noises spends all day talking and meowing bless him.got 1 dog benji a cat rambo and a karakaki called gordon hes so cute and tiny next to cags.looking forward to chattin to you all :D

well im a single mum 4 kids. My cag named elvis i have had him 4 a year he is about 18months now he wasnt handtame,he is a very funny bird he talks so much hes in love with my cat and hates the dog the poor dog is scared daft of him .got a little kakariki yellow and redheaded hes gordon. my new cag is 8 months only got him yesterday no name as yet.hes really wild the man i got him off only had him 2 months and worked loads so decided to find him a good home he did have a name 4 it porcha after his car so im changing it dont no what to yet , was going to adopt cockatoo 4 a family member but realised i wouldnt no what to do with one never had nothing to do with toos there lovely birds but not 4 me im still learning about parrots.

That sounds great! Sounds like you have a yellow fronted Kakariki, if not a hybrid... I've heard that they are wonderful birds! It's great that you have found this place, as you'll be able to learn plenty about parrots!
