Hi to all as I mentioned before we recycle our leftover seeds to our bird feeders,some that has spilled onthe ground has sprouted flowers and leaves can my fids eat these???

I do the same thing. Since I don't use fertilizer or insecticide in the yard, I do give my fids the Carolina millet and sunflower seeds (as treats) that seem to thrive on their own. They are happy and I have had no problems in 2 years that I have been doing it!
