Aahhhh...I begin to understand. Maybe the high price is a subconscious effort to hang onto the thing. :) Well, heaven knows, I wish I still had every bird cage I've ever gotten rid of. Maybe if she sticks it out in her front yard some exotic bird will just fly into it.

It could happen.

Im always looking to buy a used cage near boston and cany find one! does craiglist have a wanted section?

craigslist

Craigslist has a pet section. If you're near Boston I'm sure if you look for a few weeks or longer you can dig up a post with someone looking to sell a large cage.

Yes, they have a wanted section. Or, you can just post right to the pets section with a description of what you what. I love craigslist...I've gotten furniture, toys, motorcycles, etc...

Forget that cage! Go to a bird show and get one exactly the same for around 200 brand new.
