Stolen Birds
I just want to alert people in the Daytona/New Smyrna Beach, FL area of a couple in their 30's with 2 small children answering birds for sale ads. They are paying with checks from a closed account. They are driving a 95 red Blazer. They got a male eclectus and a pair of green parrotlets from me. The name on the checks is Cecil Elswick, Jr.
