I am getting so excited. I have 3 more days untill we go pick up a 3 year old Yellow Collar Macaw named Dewey. I will post pics as soon as I can.

Sorry I have not been posting much or in the chat room for the last couple of days ut I have been down with th flu. Doing much better but just taking it easy.

I went & got Dewett yesterday. She is a beautiful bird. We are excited that we have a new addition to our family and she will be loved very much.
Let me tell you about the lady I got her from. Her name is Julie and she had several birds. A CAG who will say gitchie gitchie tickle tickle. LOL His name was Reno & he was a hoot. A Goffin named cotton that was just a cuddle bug. A B&G named babyblue who is beautiful , Max who was a Buffont(?) also very beautiful , Dewetts daddy the Yellow collared macaw ad the most GORGEOUS bird I have ever saw. Sunny the Catalina. This was the most striking bird I have ever seen. He took my breath away. His front was the brightest deeped orange that had a pearl like marking on it. Just BEAUTIFUL.
Julie herself was the sweetest ever. I so enjoyed meeting her.

You got Dewey from Babyblue. I know Julie you to be Asst. Mgr on her board. She is a very nice person and very good with her birds. I am glad that you were able to go to a reputable person. Good luck with your new baby!!!!
